Really great service!!! Highly recommend! I went to Ron’s tire 9 months ago to get new tires. They were great about walking me through all the options without influencing my decision or upselling anything(really appreciate that as a female). 9 months later, my car failed inspection because a there was damage on the side wall (thanks MA potholes). It took 2 minutes on the phone for them to pull up tire warranty info, order a replacement and set up an appointment. Service on the day of was swift, responsive and reliable. They even got my car inspected while I waited in a very nice waiting area. I highly recommended these guys for any and all tire needs.

To start, I was quoted with a “90% chance the wheel would be done same day”, cool. Didn’t happen, no big deal. I finally get the wheel back the next day around closing time.. it was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. I wasn’t informed, called, notified in ANY way that my wheel would be taking substantial damage to the finish. It was returned to me with the entire barrel being stripped of its finish, which I didn’t notice until a few days later, wheel weights on the face as well... which I assume is to counter the fact that they couldn’t bend the barrel back to true. I will never be taking a wheel here again. Unbelievable, and the finish looks like it will transfer damage to the face.

I was referred to Ron's tire and I could not be any happier with the referral. When I was asking for tire recommendations the fine gentlemen that was helping gave me his honest opinion and personal experience with what he felt was a good fit for 2019 dodge DURANGO so I felt with complete confidence that his honest recommendation was my best choice. I went to Ron's Tire to get a second quote on exhaust work that the Honda dealership told me I needed to do asap. The dealership told me that I needed a complete exhaust system and their price was exorbitant. Ron's did a thorough inspection and determined that I only needed the middle section replaced... a huge savings! To top it all off, I was in and out for this repair in 2 hours.I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism I experienced today at Ron's Tire and it's now my go-to for service.
