Excellent service. Although I only asked for a couple of things to be checked prior to going on a road trip, I expected to pay for the time & service only to be handed a receipt for $0! They said it was a complimentary check, which I appreciated. They even put much needed air in my spare tire, which no one has ever checked.

Been a customer for about 9 months for my older (2006) vehicle, and they've shown themselves to be trustworthy and professional through about 3 services. Especially, they didn't take advantage of my inspection appointment to mandate any unnecessary repairs

Great reviews due when due. These guys are amazing. Competitive pricing by far because I shopped around. Virginia tire and auto was 40% higher! Why? I had gone to another service station for a quick oil change and when they told me my rear brakes needed to be replaced I didn’t want to believe them. See I had less than 20K miles on my brakes and I was sure they were still good. But I needed to be certain. So I called Lee and he said to bring my car in and they would double check. He has all my previous records since I always have my car worked on at Ashburn Service and Tire and they were the ones who installed my brakes. I dropped my car off and they double checked. My brakes are fine. Just as I suspected. But it’s great to have it confirmed by the experts. It put my mind as ease and reaffirmed that I should keep doing business with Ashburn Service and Tire. These guys always have my back

We have been going to Ashburn Service & Tire in Ashburn Village, VA for many years. My late husband Dave and I have always been pleased with the level of professional and personal care. In late 2017, my husband passed away suddenly. My son and I had a flat tire and I didn't know what to do since my husband handled our car needs. I'll never forget the kindness of Leonard and Mike. They reassured us that a new tire was under warranty, so I didn't have to pay for one. The team was very helpful to us at a difficult time. A few days ago, I had my safety inspection done.
