If you don't already know, Roland's is a first come first serve basis. L No appointment needed. Got a quote over the phone for 4 new tires, balance & install. Walked in a couple hours later and told them what we spoke about over the phone. Had my information and I said I will need a front end end alignment also. Said he would do his best to get the alignment done. As I was looking for my wheel lock, the service technician was outside waiting to take my car in. Everything was done ALONG with the alignment in a impressive timely manner. Way to go Roland's. WONDERFUL customer service.

I can't thank Tristan and technician who worked on my car at the somerset location. I thought I would just get an estimate and would have to go back another day for the repair. Turns out they had the parts my car needed. Was fixed in an hour and I was on my way. Because of today's great service and past services is why I've been going to rolands for years. Thank you again

A drive by - needed a tire replaced on my camper van, which was not a stock item. A seamless perfect day from patching the tire ( so I could be mobile ) to getting a new tire hours later installed. Great customer service from the second I walked in. 6 - star rating hands down!!

I’ve used Roland’s over the years for my tire needs and they’ve always exceeded expectations. My most recent experience was another great one. I had brought one of my vehicles in one late afternoon after getting a flat tire and Roland’s had a new tire ordered and placed on the vehicle by the following morning!
