Amazing customer service! I needed a last minute repair on my valve stem and they got me in the same day and I waited a very short amount of time for it to be complete (especially for it being auto work as that can be time consuming). I do not remember the guys name that answered the phone and took care of me in the waiting area, but he was very kind and helpful. He had a cool earring and jewelry and a beard. He was upbeat and personable as well! 12/10 service, I felt very comfortable and taken care of!

I brought my car to this location because Mr. Dan works there and I trust him after years of consistently excellent service elsewhere. I got my oil changed and they checked out some other concerns I had and gave me honest recommendations at fair prices plus, they were able to get me scheduled at a time that works for my busy schedule. I know that I can trust what they tell me due to his previous diligence and I look forward to continuing to do business at this location.

Phenomenal service when I was in a time bind with my broken interior door handle. They took a part that had been bought by someone who planned on fixing it for me, but wasn't able to. I didn't feel confident in fixing the issue myself (I'm mechanically challenged), so I was willing to pay, and I found the price completely reasonable, especially considering I walked in on short notice and brought my own part. Wonderful work by these folks!

I had a brake issue happen totally out of the blew and they were able to get me in and replace front brakes (plus an oil change) same day! They give an amazing inspection report with photos and had a very fair price for the work - especially given how fast they turned it around. 5 Stars, will return there when I need more work in the future.

Bought my tires from Fairborn made appt for 9am in Beavercreek for tire rotation.. At no time were we told we have to stay. Called 2 hours later and they said probably another hour. We show up at 12 and my car hasn't even been moved. They said because we left it's pretty much whenever. 3 hours is beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional for just a tire rotation. I will not make this mistake again with my tire purchase.
