I have always used Groat Brothers for my repair needs and have been pleased with the service. However my last experience was not up to par. Had a power steering leak,. Took it in and had it repaired in August of last year. Everything was fine for about 2 months and it again began to leak. I called and explained what was happening and was told to bring the car back in and they would check it which I did. However, when they called me nothing was mentioned about the leak. I was only told I needed a gear box. Granted, the car is an older model (1997) and things happen to older models which I understand, but expected more. Was kind of brushed off about the leak. Will I continue to use this business? Yes, as prices are very reasonable. Guess I will just keep putting power steering fluid in every 2-3 days since I am on a fixed income and cannot afford repeated repairs other than necessary.

I am leaving a 5 star review for this company. On them being good people. I had my car impounded by Wyandotte police. Over a misunderstanding. It is an old hotrod and very special to me. They took it upon themselves to store it inside. And use a bay they would normally use to make money doing their day to day buisness. To make sure nothing happend to it in the elements. These people are honest and top tier human beings. And I want them and the family to know I appreciate what they did. Thanks
