I bought a $68,000 Benz when I had money 10 years ago, and I would only get it serviced at the dealership. The dealership actually messed up a few times. Now that my car is 10 years old and have less money, it’s silly to pay so much at a dealership so I looked up German specialty garages and took it to Ray Team. It’s cheaper than the dealership, but I honestly feel like they are more knowledgeable and do better work. They use original parts from the manufacturer. The owner is a car enthusiast and very passionate about what he does. It’s a garage so I feel like there’s always a chance you might get over charged but find Alex and he’ll take care of you. I really regret not taking my car to Ray Team instead of the dealership. The website says that they’re 20% cheaper than the Audi dealership but they were 40% cheaper at least than my Mercedes dealership. 5 class garage, 7 star technicians!

Absolutely fantastic service from Rayteam Inc. when I needed brake work done on my 2016 Audi Q5! We decided on a last-minute road trip, and of course, my brakes needed attention. I called Rayteam, and not only did they fit me in the same week, but they also provided a loaner vehicle while they worked on mine. They completed the brake service the same day and even went the extra mile by topping off all the fluids and ensuring the car was ready for the trip. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, bringing all of our German cars to them, and they always go above and beyond in customer service. Truly the best in Boston, and I highly recommend them!

Frankie and his team are hands down the best in the business. They specialize in European makes, think Audi, BMW, Mercedes,Porsche…but they will also work on your Japanese brand. And they stand by their work, any complaints are promptly looked into! The staff are very knowledgeable and actually friendly, not like certain snotty places where they behave like they are doing you a favor explaining your issue to you. Appointments, this is especially important to me, are honored on time. None of that drop your car off and 2 days later it hasn’t been touched. The garage itself is pristine, cleanest garage I’ve even been to!! This, with a comfortable waiting area to chill as they work on your car makes the whole experience a pleasure.
