My fiance ran out of gas on Monday afternoon and, by the grace of God, was able to roll into the entrance of Titan right before their closing time. They were so nice and gave him a ride to the nearest gas station to get him going again. Just by that interaction, we’d give them our business. Thank y’all so much for helping him!!!!

The location had my vehicle for 6 hours with no communication (their promise, not mine) only to tell me at the end of the day on a Friday that they had not started the work agreed upon but found another problem that would cost me $1200+, a failed inspection (which I have until Oct) and at least a day without a vehicle. At this point, I'm suspicious whether they caused the issue to try to get money. As a female this is always my fear and unfortunately it came true. AVOID!!!

Not enough praise can be said about my sales person (Billy) . The whole office is very professional. But still so warm hearted and caring that they make you feel like family. They went far and beyond what they had to to get my truck up and running. Very pleased....
