I was the second to last customer for the day. I had a flat tire front drivers side which couldn't be repaired. After discussing a plan of action with Fredrico (?) we decided on the following... 1. I would purchase 2 new tires 2. The two new tires would be installed on the rear of the Jeep. 3. Two of the remaining, older Goodyear tires would be installed on the front end of the Jeep. 4. The newer Goodyear would be used as a full sized spare. That did not happen. I lost a good tire, the two new tires went on the front of the Jeep and I have mismatched tires on the rear end. This was an emergency situation and as someone who lives in Baltimore, MD and who was not comfortable traveling the distance between Chevy Chase and home, a new tire was needed. That said, I am disappointed in the outcome.

Several area Dodge Viper owners recommended Radial Tire to me. So I made the trip from southern Fairfax County to Silver Spring. I was concerned that my unblemished wheels could be damaged in the process of having new tires mounted. Turns out I had little to worry about. Radial Tire uses the latest touchless tire mounting technology and my wheels remain in perfect condition. I noticed all of the garage and office staff were really hustling during my visit…no wasted time in this place. And the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. And the prices are reasonable! Highly recommend Radial Tire!

Great customer service and quality work. I had an inner tire wear issue and they took the time to do a custom alignment with mounting and balancing new tires. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and I highly recommend using them. Only place I’ll ever take my car!

I needed four new tires for my 2012 mini cooper. The customer service was excellent - they helped me figure out which tires were best and at an affordable price. I dropped off my car before they opened and it was finished by 2pm.

Best tire company in the DMV. I purchased a set of Michelin. They are knowledgeable and professional and the customer services is top notch. I definitely recommend them. Soft as a baby’s butt and it rides smooth.
