What!!! can I say..this auto mechanic shop is what,the city of brotherly love and sisterly affection need..good, down to earth people. Who is not praying on poor people little change..I can there expecting to,paying alot for my car. and I save money by doing so ..so I'm going tell all,about this place..cause now,it's no need for,the dealership to repair my car..I am now,patient to this,repair shop for a long time...thank you for your good n,honest service...

Hello everyone.. First, I want to say that these are nice people and I know they have good ratings. But my experience with them on Friday, February 28 and on today, Monday, March 3 was loaded with hassles and a lot of back-and-forth information. I was informed to purchase Front and And rear wheel assembly for my Toyota sienna. When I got to the shop for my appointment on Friday, there was an issue because the part that I had ordered based on the recommendation from Ashley was not everything that was needed. I was then told that they would take my car to a different shop so they could complete the job and its entirety. I received a call from a young lady named essence who told me that They were able to get everything on the vehicle as far as the parts are concerned. I was very happy about this. Today, which is Monday I looked inside the box expecting to only find 10 studs. But I also found these wheel bearings that were supposed to be Inserted on the vehicle as well. Was told by a guy named Gary that there were no need to replace the wheel bearings. I understand that, but I should’ve Been made aware of that initially, when the work was completed. I should not have had to find those bearings on my own, I believe this was misleading and tacky and unprofessional. When I spoke to them about this, they explained to me that there was no need to replace the wheel bearings for the front. So why was I encouraged to purchase them? Now they’re telling me that I can ship the wheel bearings back to the company, but that’s more hassle for me. Update… took the car to my main mechanic. The wheel was wobbling which is what cause this metal clanging noise. Horrid experience.

I am very upset unhappy and definitely disappointed with W P Cooke. I’ve been there multiple times before I was literally just there in June of 2024 for an alignment and was told I needed a tire rod which I had done by them. Now fast forward to 8-15-25 I’m back at W.P. Cooke for an alignment again because I recently put a set of tires on and was told by the technician that I needed a tire rod again the same one same side from before. The Technician showed me and I was taken aback because I shouldn’t need that work done again since they just did it! I then asked that they check the system to confirm the work was done. This is when I was told that the work was done by someone else and the part wasn’t even theirs. At this point I felt like they were questioning my integrity as if I was a thief and not a paying customer. I will definitely not be supporting WPCooke ever again. I suggest that you take photos of old and new parts. I believe that they charged me for a job that wasn’t done the first time. Shame on me for not being more aware and so trusting! Bad for business!!!!!!!
