Since we are also a mobile repair company; our vans are always on the road. Therefore going to a tire shop is inconvenient and time consuming. I called Lugwrench hero’s & was scheduled the same day and they arrived within the time frame provided. Hunter & Noah had 4 new tires installed quickly & even took care of a nail in a tire for me. Had new tires put on while my vehicle was parked at a hotel. The sales rep I worked with coordinated everything and took the hassle out of it. I wanted a specific tire and they were able to deliver. Tires looked great and their balance is spot on. Highly recommended, will be using their service again in the future.

Had a flat which Lug Master appeared within 2 hours. No problem as I had a second vehicle and tire was flat on vehicle 1 which was in my driveway. They repaired it and left. Woke up the next day and flat again. Again no problem and they were there in a very short period and couldnt find anything, came back with the new tire and didn't charge me anything! Excellent service! Thanks again Lug Wrench! Outstanding!

Nathan Martin, owner and operator of LugWrench Heroes, has worked in the tire industry since 2004. He was employed at full-service tire shops for over 16 years and a large portion of those years, Nathan held management positions and had always had the desire to start his own business. He wanted to be able to run a business in his community that could provide employees with growth and opportunities.
Nathan saw a need for more convenience when it came to tire sales and services, especially considering the growth of e-commerce and the dependent use of smartphones. He saw a mobile tire sales and services business as the perfect opportunity to not only fulfill his dreams but also to provide his community with the ultimate convenience when it came to their vehicle. LugWrench Heroes was born!
Nathan actually stumbled into the tire industry by accident - he was a dedicated employee in the food service industry when he was offered a job at a local tire company due to his amazing customer service skills. He is now an industry expert and understands tires and wheels unlike anyone else. Outside of LugWrench Heroes, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and getting active.
