Wonderful place. Fast, kind service and very communicative. I highly recommend. Great tires. Also you can come back to do free tire rotation after getting new tires. Great price too. The office manager was friendly efficient and professional. I have finally found a family of people with my same values. The manager. also, was great and provided me with a range of options which in this day and age when we must stretch our pennies, was extremely helpful. The follow-up and the educational info provided was invaluable. All car shops are not created equal. I am so glad that I found this shop. Ironically a mechanic from another shop who did not perform tire alignment, said that this is the shop that he personally uses. I can see why

Just here to add in to the positive reviews. I just got all tires of my car changed here today and they did a great job. I first stopped by cos my tires felt unbalanced when driving. This is a car I recently got, so just wanted to be sure everything is working fine. They recommended changing all tires, so I'd planned to come by the next morning. Plans changed and I had to drive back there, arrived about 45 mins before they close, and they were so considerable and still worked on it for me. Car's running smoothly now! If you need your tires checked in Philly, this is the place to go to. I bet you, the positive reviews you're seeing are genuine!

I stopped in to get my tires speed balanced at the shop I normally use, but since they don’t do alignments, I did a quick Google search and was lucky enough to find W.P. Cooke Tire. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. He mentioned they had a few cancellations and was able to get me in right away. I went to the Broad Street location and everyone there was welcoming. The place has a nostalgic feel—there just aren’t many shops like this left. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The tech kept me informed the entire time and explained exactly what was being done. They’ve definitely earned all of my future business. Highly recommended! 🙌
