Unsafe tire repair cost me $200+ unnecessarily They “repaired” my tire by just inserting a plug without removing the tire or inspecting it, which is not the safe, DOT-recommended procedure. Three weeks later the tire leaked again, and when I asked for the proper patch/plug repair (which other shops do for the same price), they refused. Because of their shortcut, other shops won’t touch the tire and I now have to replace it entirely; wasting over $200 that I should never have had to spend. Unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth the risk. Avoid this shop for tire repairs.

Came here for a tire rotation and alignment. After the work was finished, drove all the way home and realized the mechanic had only put 1 of the lug nuts back on the front left tire. Very scary.

Brought my BMW in to have tires and battery inspected. I had to have both replace and they were able to get my new tires in next day. Brakes needed replacement along with new battery. I was in and out in less than 24hrs. Service was great, communication was great.

I’ve been coming to Magazine shell for routine maintenance and upkeep on my car for 3 years now and I’ve never have a better experience with a mechanic. Oudy and his team are the absolute best. Not only will they do the best quality job with the highest quality of parts, but they always have your back. A rogue piece of debris on the highway destroyed the bottom of my car, and my insurance did not want to pay for all of it, but Oudy has my back and was not only able to fix my car with new parts, but also convinced the insurance to pay for it. Incredible dude and team, and they’ve won a lifetime customer out of me.
