I don't live in the area. My car wouldn't start after filling up at a gas station in a neighboring town. I had no idea where I could have Roadside Assistance tow it (or me to drive if it could be jumpstarted). It was the Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving and the first place I called didn't even think they could look at the car until next week given their booked schedule and the upcoming holiday. A coworker recommended American Tire & Auto Care. I called and they told me they could look at it for sure that day whether driven or towed in. If it was the battery, they said they could probably have it done in 2 hours. If something else, they would at least be able to tell me and what the plan would be. After a successful jumpstart from Roadside Assistance, I drove straight there. Car was looked at & information communicated to me within 10 minutes of arrival, and I was paying for and leaving with a new battery within another 10 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience, and am grateful for their kindness, quick service, and professionalism.

Awesome work and great customer service. Had a nail in the tire of my work truck, went to American tire and they got the truck in right away and said the nail was too close to the edge of the tire to plug (which I already assumed so as it was very close to the edge) and that they would have to put a new tire on. They said they could order the tire that would come the next day and would schedule me an appointment for noon the next day. I went in at noon the next day, they were very transparent as the price was the same they gave me the day before and cost of labor was very reasonable. The best part about American tire was that I was in and out of there within a half hour both days. I know installing one tire isn’t a lengthy job but what tire shop can you get a new tire installed and be out the door within a half hour? Great shop all around, would definitely recommend for any auto repairs you need.

Well, I’ve had my car taken care of multiple times at this location, the team and guys are really great. No complaint, just an observation, I had an oil change appointment at 11 o’clock, but, my car was pulled around at 2:25 for service and yes, it was efficiently taken care of because it was very, very busy and the team was definitely moving cars as quickly as possible from my observation. Again, no complaint, because, I like and trust their service. Even after waiting and the popcorn there for customers is delicious. Great job taking care of my Ford Edge SUV again. Thank you

When my Acura’s catalytic converter was stolen, I turned to American Tire and Auto Care in North Brunswick based on a neighbor's strong recommendation. My first impressions with G. were very favorable, and Service Manager Cris sealed the deal. Cris was outstanding: extremely knowledgeable, honest, and truly interested in helping me. He gave me total confidence and actually down-sold the repair, eliminating unnecessary parts other shops had quoted, which brought the final bill below the estimate. The counter staff was warm and welcoming; Cris's communication and follow-up were excellent, and the mechanic, Mike, did a fine job, getting my car running quietly and completed when promised. For my first time using American Auto and Tire Care, I am thoroughly impressed. I will be returning with my other vehicle. Thank you, guys!

These guys have been the best every time I have gone. These guys got me a great tire setup during on a buy 3 get 1 free deal. Continental DSWs for around $990 after taxes. Came with a road damage warranty and repair plan. Got a flat tire before this big snow storm. Tire wasn't patchable but for an extra $20 with tire warranty, was able to get a new tire. They even put my car inside during the snow storm so I came back to a clean AND running car with a replacement tire. Incredibly friendly folks up front at the customer service desk, zero hassle and great communication skills across the board. Wish more tire shops were like this. I will be coming back for my next set.
