Outstanding service and Honesty! I brought my car because of a tire issue, and instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they inspected it carefully and fixed it on the spot. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The service was quick, they clearly explained what they did, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The costumer service was truly wonderful. Be ready to be greeted by the most amazing dog: Juju! Such a friendly and sweet touch that made the whole experience even better! Highly recommended!

Radial Tire Company is a great shop! I had the most pleasant customer experience. They are both super-professional and client oriented. I had to replace the 4 wheels of my old 2003 Audi that were falling apart. The manager spent time in guiding me to choose the best value-for-money wheels among many brands and models. Then they ordered them for me and the day I went there for the replacement they delivered my car in one hour. Zero surprises, fast, reliable, pleasant, excellent quality of work!!! And don’t miss the second floor waiting room while you wait for your car: from the glass wall up there you get a superb view of a large team that works so incredibly effectively!

These guys are awesome. I've come here a few times now. First visit can be intimidating with the line of cars out to the street an hour before the place even opens. But it's long for a reason. They are legendary. Don't freak out. They're clearly used to the jam because they get you through it patiently and efficiently. Had four new tires put on this morning and it took maybe 90 minutes, and I was about 10th in line. The techs and the service advisors are amazing and the lady in the office is some kind of mindfulness deity. The only issue I ran into is that their website is a little more ambitious than it needs to be. It's got a feature where you enter your tire size and it gives you a range of options. The concept is nice, but the recommended tires aren't necessarily in stock. So you show up thinking you've done your homework when you really haven't. Long story short -- just go in or call a couple of days before and get a proper consultation rather than trying to be a web educated tire-ologist genius.

Had all 4 of my tires replaced here earlier this year 2025, service was quick and convenient was out within the hour. (Update) 7 months after installation I caught a nail in my tire so I took it back to radial where they patch the tire with no problem, they didn’t charge me for the patch. They told me they take care of tire lifespan when you get tires from them which I appreciate it. I was relief they didn’t add an extra expense on me. Thank you Radial tire company you gained a future loyal customer. 10/10 recommend

Excellent in all respects. They were willing to allow me to arrive a little after closing time and offered me a ride to a bus stop. The next day they informed me early what work would be needed for tires and that they offered to straighten out a metal piece (which they did perfectly) giving me a very reasonable price with full itemization and time ready which was the very next day (not too late). All computer settings were reset properly without my having to ask. This is the same quality and timeliness I have experienced with Radial Tire in the past.
