I was well attended when arrived at this tire shop, and the reception area is comfortable for waiting. However, I would not recommend the place for two reasons: 1. I had scheduled the service in advance and clearly stated that I would be waiting on-site. When I arrived, I was told there was a delay and the service would take at least 90 minutes. This is unacceptable for a scheduled appointment, and they could have at least contacted me beforehand to inform me of the delay. It shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time. 2. The service was carried out without prior approval of the cost estimate. Although the final price was reasonable, they should have asked for my authorization before proceeding.

I traveled to Boston and unfortunately experienced a flat tire. The team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with securing the tire and kept me informed about the time required for installation. I would certainly consider utilizing their services again and rate my experience as 5 stars!

Prompt, affordable and very friendly service on alignment. Nice place to wait but also a good location for a pleasant walk while waiting. Easy to book an appointment. Returned today ( a few months after the alignment) because of a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. Jose was so friendly and helpful. He was able to order the exact replacement tire and have it delivered and installed the same day. Because I left my damaged tire when I came in in the morning, Jose had the new tire on the wheel and the wheel balanced before I was able to get back. So then it was quick work to put on the wheel and new tire and to get me out the door. Kind, helpful and relational service!

The best experience! Mike at the front was so amazing! Shook our hand, did everything like we were family! We had a tire issue that was so stressful and patched it! Was so deeply reasonable and just made it amazing! Gave us coffee, water, hospitality, we did short walk and texted so nicely when done and gave such a kind call ! Any tire or service needs no one better to go and will come out so happy!

Replaced rear tires. Service was fine, took a little over an hour to complete. Got back in car and smelled of smoke. Tires looked good, drove for about a week and came out to see one of the new tires was flat since it wasn't seated properly. So I had to fix it and pump it up.
