I will be back when I need service without hesitation! Polite nice people working here. I drove up with no appointment, they got me in right away. It was just for a slow leaking tire, so I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Maybe i just got lucky with timing, but either way, That's good customer service!

I needed 4 tires for my 2019 Chevy Equinox. Received quotes from 2-major retailers when a friend recommended State Street Tire. He has 10 cars/trucks and has used Cooper Tires on all his vehicles. The manager Rick, was great to work with. The pricing was superior to my other quotes. We set a time for installation and an alignment check. I was told the whole process including the alignment should take about 2 1/2 hours. I did need the alignment and the total time was 2 hours 15 minutes. No surprises, just great service and excellent pricing. Tires and alignment was more cost effective than the tires only quotes I received. Even better, I found out there was a rebate offered by Cooper. Rick and his associates did a great job! I highly recommend you consider State Street Tire for your future requirements.

I've never had anything but efficient, honest, and kind experiences here. Customer service is always amazing, never waited more than 5 minutes when I come in they're always super straightforward and honest when they tell you the issues and what needs done to fix them. Waited till my 3rd visit to leave a review and they've never lied to me, and they've always been within the time frame they give me for repairs. Also price is almost unbeatable. The difference between buying my own oil and filter and doing it myself compared to taking it here is about 10 dollars. I drive a chevy cruze which is notoriously not the most reliable and I greatly appreciate their honesty, because they could've lied and gotten away with it. Will always be my go to mechanic!

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience at State Street Tire to caution others. In late January, I noticed a concerning noise in my vehicle and promptly scheduled an appointment, suspecting a ball joint issue. The initial diagnosis included a detailed eight-page report with photographs, which I appreciated for its transparency. However, the recommended repairs, totaling $1,569.45, did not resolve the issue. Upon returning home, I immediately noticed the same noise. I was informed that a follow-up appointment for a "50-mile retorque" was necessary due to the removal of all tires. I found this unusual, as I had never encountered this requirement with previous car issues. After a subsequent visit to Paul's Car Care, the problem was identified as a broken plastic piece rubbing against a suspension component, which was rectified for $28.50. I hope that by sharing my experience, others may avoid similar frustrations and financial losses.
