I had gotten a flat on my way home from work around 5:00 (they close at 5:30) they were so kind to wait for me to bring my wheel in to replace it with a decent used tire. It’s $50 for a used tire mounted and balanced pretty standard stuff, the care and understanding is what set them apart for me, will definitely return for more of their services.

Marissa and the guys at the Norton location are awesome! Called and spoke to her on Tuesday about tires, she ordered them and they were In the next day…got them put on Friday and they had me in and out!

I purchased a set of tires from this location a year ago and have put approximately 5,000 miles on them. Recently, the tires began cupping. When I brought the vehicle back in, I was told the issue was my fault because the tires must be rotated before 5,000 miles. Not only was this never explained to me at the time of purchase, but the staff seemed more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping resolve the issue.

I only gave 5 stars because the system doesn't let me give more. But this shop deserves more than 5 stars! I was impressed by the mechanics, who were very professional and very fast. I'm sure I'll be back to take advantage of their great service! Best price in the area!!!
