Short review: They are the best service I've ever gotten! 5/5 stars. Will be going here for the rest of my life. Long review: I recently moved to Quincy, and needed to pick a new place for oil changes, auto repair, etc. I initially scheduled an appointment with a nearby Ford dealership, and they were going to rip me off! They also took forever just to schedule an appointment. I literally walked away from the dealership, and gave these guys a call. They were able to see me within a few hours. They were quick, courteous, and cheap! Really can't get any better. I paid less than $30 for an oil change. They were also proactive and recommended to get a (much needed) tire rotation, and reminded me of maintenance coming up. They were not pushy, very polite, and excellent at communication. I truly appreciate how good they are.

When it comes to the auto mechanic industry, workers are usually divided into regular employees and true enthusiasts — and this business is made up of enthusiasts! I’ve been to a few mechanics in Quincy, but this shop, these people, and the level of customer service truly exceeded expectations. I dropped off my Pathfinder in the morning, and the very same day not only was the faulty bearing diagnosed and replaced, but they also fixed issues left behind by the previous shop. The passion with which the mechanic approached to explain the repair is something you rarely see nowadays. The price of the service itself was also great! When you entrust them with your car, they treat it as if it were their own. Best shop in Quincy area!

Service is quick. They update you with a quote before they start the work. Service is fast. Everyone is friendly. Price is fair. I’ve been 2x and had a great experience. Also, I love having a women work on my car for a change. I would highly recommend them. I have 2016 Jeep Patriot w 4WD

Broke down in my old van while traveling and had the only licensed driver ditch us (I only had a permit). They let us keep the van there for days while we waited for another driver and repaired it on the cheap. These mechanics really helped out, super friendly too!
