Helpful and thorough. Always wary of going to a shop because I’m a single woman (and don’t want to be taken advantage of), but have been coming here for a few years and really feel taken care of. Also, their holiday decorations and dog treats are 👌🏼

This morning, when I went to get my car, there was a gash in the tire and it was flat. I needed to drive to an important appointment and I was initially baffled what I could do. Fortunately I called Cybert Tire Care and once I gave them my tire numbers, they assured me they could replace the tire! I put on my donut and within 25 minutes of arriving at their shop on West 52nd just off 11th, I was in route to my destination! George was incredibly helpful and to my astonishment, the price of the new tire was reasonable! I learned it’s the oldest tire shop in NYC and a very reputable one!

I called to see if my car problem could be fixed. When the person I was speaking with realized there wasn’t much money to be made off me, he stopped listening, interrupted me with “We won’t deal with your problem, bye bye!!” and hung up. So no, this is not spam.

George and his team at Cybert are the best. Recently brought my car in thinking I had an axle or alignment issue and they realized I just needed to replace 2 tires, which was much cheaper. I appreciate that I can trust they'll do a great job and won't try to pull the wool over my eyes.
