I have always purchased new vehicles but had to replace a family member's 10 year old car with another after an accident. We searched around locally and found the perfect used replacement vehicle at Eastside Motoring. Nick and the staff were great! They responded to all correspondence quickly and professionally. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. They schedule online (no phone calls needed!), updated me and answered questions via both text and email, and got me scheduled quickly. They were on time with the work and did a great job. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be going back for future work on my car! Very happy with them and I recommend them without hesitation!👍

Worked with Nick and his team to find me a car that I felt confident and not ripped off. I’m a first time buyer and it’s scary buying a car at dealerships these days as they are never really honest with you and just trying to make a quick buck. With ESM it felt as if Iv been buying cars forever, they made it quick, simple and easy to understand and even gave me advice for if I’m ever in the market in the future. The communication from the entire team was great, I was never out of the loop through the whole process, Jay kept me informed of any questions that came to mind and was clear cut through the phone. Nick was my salesmen and helped me every step of the way and explained financing, credit approval, and interest rates and kept his patience even with my 10,000 question's. Overall great environment, great inventory and even better people. Will definitely recommend to friends and people who are new to the car buying process.

I had a great experience at eastside motors! Lorenzo the salesman was very polite and helpful when it came to answering my questions about the vehicle I drove. Unfortunately I did not purchase the car as I found out after driving it I just wasn’t a mustang gt kind of guy.😂 but it is not going to deter me from going back to check out other vehicles I may be interested in. I also recommend Lorenzo as your sales person so that you may have the experience I did!! Rick F.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer. We know that buying a used car can come with issues. Within the first week we noticed that the heating element on the drivers seat was not working and we brought it back to be repaired. one of us sat there for four hours for them to come and Tell us that we needed to come back another day as they needed to order parts. Went back the following week was told it would be quick was sitting there for another four hours for them to tell us it was going to take all day. We have not even put 7000 miles on the car since November 1 as of today and last week the alternator went on the car while we did buy an extended warranty. Apparently it wasn’t one that covers the alternator. We were also told that the car will need a new battery and again while I can appreciate the fact that it is normal wear and tear. The battery is almost at the end of its life and without putting even 7000 miles on it, if they tested the battery they would’ve known that. We reached out to them several times last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday finally they had someone call on Thursday saying basically too bad we’re out of our warranty with them and they will not honor a lemon law which we weren’t even mentioning to them. We just wanted them to work with us as we just got the car five months ago then yesterday we noticed The driver assistance is no longer working well that is not a major issue. We reached out yesterday via phone call in the morning email in the afternoon phone call in the evening and three phone calls today without any response. I feel like they’ve sold us the car and now they just do not care about their customer which is unfortunate. We were just looking for them to respond to us, to work with us and I couldn’t even get the owner Lorenzo to call us back. I have a text message from a gentleman named Sean who put it in a group text with the owner and still nothing. I feel like this business is very shady and very poor customer service and I would love for them to be investigated to see if I am the only one if that is even possible
