I was a regular customer at American Tire & Auto from 2007 until I bought a new car two years ago. Now that the warranty is up on my new car I am happy to be "back home". I always feel I am treated fairly in that they won't do work unless it is necessary, they explain the options and the price is reasonable.

Have utilized their services twice and have been satisfied-they’re usually very busy which tells you something. I’ve dealt with Caitlyn and Vincent who were both professional and friendly. Although options were mentioned no one ever tried to pressure or upsell tires/services. So far, so good-will utilize them in the future-good work, reliability, and done in a reasonable amount of time.

Had a tire and alignment done and they were quick & efficient. When I found out they do more than just tires I had them replace a leaky valve cover. Done timely with good pricing. These guys are great!
