I really wanted to love this place, but I ended up with mixed feelings. We had an appointment for a quote on selling our car, but weren’t seen until about two hours after our scheduled time. We did end up selling the car to them, though we didn’t feel confident we received the best price. Afterward, we realized we’d left an item in the car. I called every day for a week, left multiple messages, and never received a call back. I eventually spoke with someone who said she would follow up, but I never heard back from her either. I continued calling over the next week, and again, no one picked up or returned my calls. They also told us payment would arrive about two weeks after the appointment. It has now been five weeks, and we still haven’t received anything. I’ve called several times for an update, but once again, no one answers or returns my calls. Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating.

Phenomenal experience with this dealership, did not know this kind of customer service still existed. We worked with Nick, and will absolutely go back to see them for future purchases. Purchased a used Mercedes 450GL - the car runs and rides gorgeously. Feels like-new interior. Transmission & engine are powerful and clean. There was a small (unpredictable) issue 30-days after purchase and the dealership was remarkably responsive. They had an incredibly professional tow company come to get the vehicle from my house (over 60min away) within hours. The issue was addressed over the weekend and it was re-delivered to me the following week. Their commitment to selling a quality vehicle and standing BY that sale is unseen in any dealer. Their delivery guys are the best, too! A professional, prompt and respectable company. All around 5-stars. Thanks Eastside, & Nick!

Lorenzo created such a great experience for us. We sold my Jeep and he was very honest and detailed about the overall value and my options of selling versus getting repairs on my own. He even helped me figure out my loan repayment and called the company so I felt comfortable. I highly reccomend Lorenzo if you are looking to buy or sell a car in the Boston area. Family man and as genuine and they come.
