On New Year’s Day, while traveling south on I‑95, a fence gate flew off a trailer and struck my vehicle. The impact immediately destroyed my rear tire, and several other drivers were affected as well. I pulled over and contacted AAA, concerned about the extent of the damage and the fact that it was a holiday. AAA dispatched a technician from this company, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Elvis B. He arrived promptly, reassured me, and quickly replaced my damaged tire with the spare. Recognizing that I could not safely continue my trip to Florida on a temporary tire, and that the shop was closed for the holiday, Elvis went above and beyond. He contacted the shop manager, arranged to open the facility, and ensured that the correct replacement tire was available. Thanks to his initiative and professionalism, I was able to resume my journey without further delay. Elvis demonstrated exceptional concern for my safety and satisfaction, far exceeding expectations in what was truly an emergency situation. I am deeply impressed by the quality of service I received and can confidently recommend this company. You can trust that both the service and costs will meet—and likely surpass—your expectations.

Best Tire is an amazing company. My son's car broke down on his way from VA to SC and Elvis went above and beyond the call to help him. He personally picked him up and got him safely to a motel, put the car in his shop for safe keeping then transported the car back to Virginia keeping me notified the entire time. As a worried mother I'm very thankful for Elvis and his team.
