Alex and bob at factory tires are the only ones I would go to for any of my car’s needs. They do inspections, brakes and other repairs as well as tires. They are always my first choice. This morning I have a flat tire and I was about 2.5 miles away from factory tires and full services and of course, I did not have my spare call the office. Talk to Steve, ask them if they can help me out because I have very important appointment at Doctor's office that I needed to make it there. They immediately send someone over gave me their loner car. So I can make it to my appointment came back after my tire was fixed i never seen customer service like this.Thank you, guys really appreciate it.Steve , that was a great help soon.I'm gonna need tires definitely, coming back.

Came in for some much needed service and an inspection today—Bob and Alex did a great job taking care of me and keeping me updated throughout the process.
