What a great team! I had a simple but unexpected tire event. They giy my car on the lift.. found the nail and patched me up quickly. Just the downtime i needed. Lounge was clean and welcoming. I am in the Auto Industry and appreciate great service. Well done Bay Area … if anyone needs new tires or service …. You can multitask …Giant, Gabes, RamenYa, Target, Fortune Cookie or Target across the street!!

I came in at 4pm because I had a blowout on the hwy. They got my car in immediately and put new tires on and did an alignment on my car. Car hasn't driven this smoothly in years. Thank you guys. The price was very reasonable as well. I'm so happy with their services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience – ask for Doug Doug was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure the alignment was done correctly the first time. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just pushing cars through. The results were spot-on, the car drives perfectly, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was great, expectations were clear, and there were no surprises. If you’re coming here for service, ask for Doug — he’s exactly what you want in an advisor.
