I am very happy with the work that they did on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. They replaced the engine oil cooler which was leaking badly. And the sensors, A common problem for Jeeps. This major work was completed when they promised. (Within 1 day) They also have done my brakes in the past - Rod

Really good experience overall. The shop is in a super convenient location, including being close to the MBTA station which I relied on when my car was being repaired. They offer Off-hours drop-off was easy and a big plus. They diagnosed the issue quickly, staff explained everything clearly ... I needed a new radiator. The repairs were done within 48 hours of drop off (during a holiday week!). I also really appreciated that they used OEM parts. Pricing was fair and straightforward with no surprises. No upsales. I’d definitely come back... Highly recommend Ron's Tire & Service!

Im in my 50s and have been a customer of rons since i was 16. Yesterday was just another example of the great service he has provided 3 generations of my family. Beyond the tires i asked for he made some great suggestions and solved things that i wanted done but forgot to ask for. Botton line is that he saved me time and expense through suggestions for a sticker and an alignment. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I didn’t have a good experience. I was hoping to get my tire patched so I can drive my kids to school and make it to work. They took my tire the night before and told me they would asses the tire the next day. I called this morning they said they didn’t look at the tire yet. I told them I will pick it up because I had to go to work. I got there to pick the tire up. I was met with poor customer service and had to bring my tire to the car without any assistance. I am so glad I did not give them my money.
