I had the opportunity to visit this place twice for diagnosing and fixing the rear brakes of my vehicle, which had driven under 20,000 miles. Positive Points: 1. One thing that impressed me was their fast and on-site examination service. Unlike at a dealership, I got to witness the mechanic inspecting the condition of my rotors and brake pads, which was quite reassuring. 2. The staff, particularly Denise, impressed me with her welcoming and well-informed approach. She not only offered excellent advice on my brake problem but also shared helpful suggestions for my friend's car's oxygen sensor issue without even examining it. My mechanic, Gardy, deserves praise for being quick and reliable as well. 3. I found the overall cost to be reasonable, considering the quick turnaround time and quality workmanship. Additionally, this shop honors Costco memberships and offers a 15% discount on parts and labor. Areas for Improvement: 1. The online appointment system seemed a bit slow or lagging. I would recommend calling and directly speaking to Denise to secure an appointment. 2. The parking space and waiting room are on the smaller side, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy times. 3. Off Fridays during the summer
