I needed a passenger side mirror put on my car. I had the part so it was only labor. Richie quoted me a price according to how long he thought it would take. When I picked up my car he charged me less than his quote bc the labor time was less. The mirror works great. I'm trilled to find an honest mechanic! Joan

I’ve sent my truck (4th gen dodge ram) to Richie twice now and both times have been amazing experiences. First was just for an alignment after I put new tires on (Sullivan’s tire refused to do it). He was so nice and worked very quickly. My truck came back driving even better than before. The second time was for a water pump replacement. Which he had done in just one day. Richie is extremely thorough and each time I’ve come to him it’s been amazing service. He also always informs me of what he’ll be doing and the cost. I highly recommend if you want an honest, reliable and hard working mechanic.

Richie is the best! He came out on a Saturday morning to take a look at our car, and kept the shop open to fix it! Great service and even offers a 2 year warranty on the battery he put in! Highly recommend!

My first visit to Richie's Auto was for an oil change and he was kind enough to fit me in to a busy schedule. He was kind, explained the service, cost, etc., my 2nd visit was to update the state sticker on an older car that is alway a guess if it will pass! Again, he fit me in the busy schedule then lastly, I went recently for another oil change with my new Wagoneer. These new cars are more techy/data driven so it took him a bit longer to make sure he was doing it correctly(by that, I mean he knows what he's doing but it's not the same as an older car)! I appreciated his commitment vs. telling me to go see the dealership! I prefer to support small/local businesses. My first impression of the owner was that you get what you see - a hardworking, honest business owner who takes pride in his work and business. My visits were minor but I think he would be good for all automotive care!! Prices are reasonable and inline with the work.

Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. My car had a few things going on. He took my car without an appointment and had it done in a couple days. He was nice, very honest, and thorough. He explained in detail what was going on with my car. Great price as well! I will definitely be back.
