Dallas, Gary and all of the staff at Zeller are exceptional. I shopped on line for the tires and services I needed. Going into the shop to find out about the tires I wanted, they didn't have them but got them within 24 hours, they didn't try to upsell me on a different tire or brand. I cannot recommend Zeller in Torrington, CT, highly enough! I went into Zeller in desperate need of headlights and I had gone to three different places trying to find the correct bulbs and nobody could give me the right answer and not only did they give me an excellent deal on the price they took me right in and took care of me and even removed a sticker from my windshield for absolutely nothing and they are the nicest bunch of people I ever had to do business with and I highly recommend them to anybody that wants to go And be treated fairly. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and they have always done very good business with me.

Let's see. I call And say I need four new tires. They say they could do it tomorrow at 11:00. Show up tomorrow at 11:00. They claim they don't make appointments and that it will take all day. No sense of urgency in the entire place, no respect for customers. It must be nice to run a business with no deadlines and you just do whatever you want.
