Tom and his staff were absolutely amazing to work with. I called from St. Louis to get details about their 2015 Tiffin motorhome. He was kind enough to do a full walk-through on FaceTime and tell me all the details. Good and bad about the coach. I flew in and he drove two hours round-trip to pick me up. Got to the dealership in the RV was 100% as promised. Even allowed me to borrow one of the dealerships vehicles to go on in town and get my groceries and bedding for the 1150 mile journey home. Thank you for making a risky endeavor very simple. Highly recommended!
