I witnessed one of their vans driving recklessly and apparently having road rage on I-95 on Feb 28. He cut off multiple cars, had some crazy bright lights on the back of his van blinding the cars behind him, and drove dangerously close to another car in order to shine his high beams at that car. I'm surprised there wasn't a crash. I have no idea what the other driver was doing to cause such a reaction, but it was a very scary thing to watch, and obviously insanely unprofessional

My car broke down and I called AAA for a tow. A nice man named Mickey came to tow my vehicle. He was kind gracious and made this crappy situation not as stressful. Luckily, I don’t need AAA too often but I hope the next time I do I either have Mickey or someone just like him. Thanks again!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I called AAA because my car wouldn't start. Turned out that when the fob to unlock the door was used, something happened and the car locked up because of the theft prevention device. Just before AAA arrived, the problem was fixed. Nick, the driver was very gracious and friendly. I was stressed and ended up losing my car key. He stayed and found the key and asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick.
