Truly amazing customer service. While on our way to an indoor water park, our family got a flat tire—just half a mile from American Tire & Auto Care. Our kids were devastated, thinking the trip was ruined, and we had no opportunity to reschedule in the near future. From the moment I called, I felt like our problem became their priority. They didn’t push for our business—they focused on getting us safely and quickly back on the road with a practical, reasonably priced solution. They even called other tire shops to ensure we were getting the best and fastest option, but it turned out they had exactly what we needed and fit us in without affecting their other customers. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness: while we waited, they brought out a box of individually packaged Matchbox cars for our kids to play with—and take home. It completely turned their day around. Thanks to the team at American Tire & Auto Care, we made it to the water park—and honestly, by the end of the day, I wasn’t sure what my kids enjoyed more: the park, or the experience at the tire shop. Impeccable service. Above and beyond. Thank you.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I can’t begin to tell you the incompetence that goes on here. Not only do they not ever check in with you, you have to babysit them to even get updates about your car or else it will just sit there for weeks, like mine did. My truck went in for service because I heard a noise coming from the engine bay. They told me it was the serpentine belt, despite me having a brand new serpentine belt put on six months prior. I paid over $500 to get the belt done because they said “it was a different belt that wasn’t replaced last time” drove my truck home, immediately heard a huge grinding noise. Called up American Tire, they had me wait 4 days to bring it in saying “just drive it to see if the noise goes away.” Well, it didn’t. Turns out that my truck needed an AC compressor (that’s what was making the horrible noise), something that they did not check in the 2.5 weeks my truck sat there. My truck was then there again there for another 3 weeks as they tried to figure out the AC compressor, and air compressor. I know they didn’t even know where the air compressor was because they told me they couldn’t find it because “they checked for it in the wheel well”, despite my truck’s air compressor being in the rear cabin of the car. I expressed my frustration with them only to offer me a $200 credit. When I went to go pick up my truck, one of their mechanics left greasy and road grimy parts (Engine fan belt, belly pan etc) laying on my Dogs bed, which was on the back seats of my truck. Why wouldn’t they use the huge rear hatch (It’s a Land Rover. Use the Trunk!!) they don’t know what they’re doing beyond basic tire fittings. Tony: Nice young guy, tried hard and I believe he genuinely does feel bad and realizes the stupidity of some of his colleagues. Get out of there Tony. David (Brand Manager): Tried to do the right thing, but is too lackluster is his responses and efficiency. He didn’t even respond to my last email when I asked why there were car parts on my dogs bed. Anthony: extremely rude to me saying that “I didn’t know what I was talking about” when going over service work about my truck. He also said my truck was built terribly and wasn’t reliable and raised his voice and got super aggressive. Avoid this place unless you want very simple fixes or tires done. 0.5/5 stars.

This is a wonderful shop! My family cares about the little details of our vehicles and finding a shop that cares about those little details during the repairs process is hard to find. But let me tell you, THIS IS THE PLACE THAT CARES! They are wonderful to work with (especially Dave and Mike!), highly recommend!
