I came here for a state inspection and the customer service was fantastic. We were in and out in about 15 minutes! Dennis and Jose were great and even pointed out that my license plate light bulbs were out and replaced them for me. The process was quick, pain free, and just about as smooth as an inspection can go, which exceeded expectations!

Had called this location to get a quote to swap from my winter wheels set to summer set and get them balanced. Was satisfied on the price quoted so made the appointment. Dropped off my car 8am in the morning and I was not contacted when the car was ready. When I came to pick up, the price was 33% higher than quoted. The manager Dennis (who was the one who quoted me on the phone) said he does not do the billing, the owner Nick does the billing. Dennis said he will talk to Nick and someone will call me next business day. I stupidly paid the bill. Fast forward 4 business days with1 in person follow up and 1 phone follow up I still have no resolution. On my 2nd [final] in person follow up Dennis said he cannot give me a refund and offered "to take care of me" on future service. I asked him to instead fill up half tank of gas which he refused. Only option was to get some sort of free service from them in the future. They also left 1 of my tires 13psi lower than the other 3. I've used this place before for my wheels and they were pretty good but I'm going elsewhere in the future. The VW dealer actually quoted me cheaper than what this shop charged me and Ubers me back and forth. Not worth the hassle of following up 3 times with no resolution.

If I could give 10 stars I would - I can't speak highly enough of the team here. They are transparent and trustworthy, and have always been honest brokers with our organization. When our organization's vehicle gave out, they did a quick, safe, cost-effective repair to the brakes and axle. On another occasion, they repaired an issue with the van when it needed emergency service - they also moved quickly to make sure that we weren't without the vehicle for long. They always go above and beyond the call, and check up afterwards, to ensure that you are satisfied with the work. They have shown nothing but ethical and principled interactions with us. So much so, that now, employees of our organization trust the shop with their own vehicle repairs - I just had a repair done! I wouldn't go to another shop in the area for work. They know what they are doing and they do it well, we're glad they are in the community!
