Murray’s Auto Clinic has been a great shop! They clearly communicate before doing any work and are very courteous. I have taken two cars to the for regular oil changes with great results and service each time.

Murray’s is the type of neighborhood garage you can trust, and keep coming back to! The first time I took my car in to have it looked at for a wheel/tire problem, they assessed it and didn’t charge me anything for an evaluation. They also provided several references for nearby tire repair shops and vendors so I could assess my options. The next time I brought my car back, they reviewed other maintenance issues that a dealership had identified and clarified what was really necessary. Their estimate for the work was half that of the dealership’s! They also helped me remove a roof rack from my vehicle that I’d lost the keys to, and with minimal expense and hassle. After the work was complete, I couldn’t pick up my car during work hours, so Murray’s staff arranged payment over the phone, sent me the work order/receipt over email, and arranged a key drop that accommodated my schedule. On one occasion, I accidentally misplaced my spare car key and Murray’s graciously popped the lock on my car without an extra charge or issues. Lastly, Murray’s new messaging system makes communication quick and seamless, which is so appreciated if your days get stacked up with meetings or otherwise limit your availability for phone calls. At every turn, Murray’s is a dream shop that you’ll want to bring all your vehicle needs to year after year. I’m so grateful for their honesty, fair prices, work product, timeliness, and excellent customer service. Five stars-will always return!

First-time client of Murray's, went for oil/filter change, multi point inspection and service a punctured tire. All went well. Enrique Rojas was courteous and professional to deal with. Appreciated the shop's integrity. Technician, Daniel, noticed that a filter replacement was mistakenly thought to be recommended at low mileage level, and was removed from quote. Also, they determined that tire -- with good tread -- could simply be repaired. Thank you!

Murray’s comes through again! I’ve been taking my car here ever since we moved to the neighborhood and I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone on the team is fantastic --- extra kudos to Carl, who helped me today. It was a simple fix and he wouldn’t even charge me. Just wished every place delivered this level of service!

I've been going to Murray's for the past 13 years, and my family has for decades. Throughout that time they've provided consistently, reliably excellent service. They're straightforward and honest about services, prices, and potential solutions - I feel like I can trust them to treat me fairly and tell me what's true (even if it is complicated or unclear). Work is always done on time (or before time) and has always been excellent. The prices are fair and competitive. Once I went to my dealership for a warranty repair, and the dealership inspected my car and made up a long list of $3K in urgent repairs that were needed. I was pretty freaked out, but I also didn't really trust them. I took my car directly to Murray's, gave them the list, and asked them to check everything out - and it turned out literally all my car needed was a new filter. I share that because Murray's could have easily agreed with the dealership's misrepresentations and made some easy money off me that day. But they're not about that - they're about treating customers fairly and building trusted relationships that pay off over the long haul. If you want to work with an auto clinic that you can trust and rely on, you should go to Murray's.
