Got a tired from them thought it was going to last at least a few months. Didn't hold air for even two days. Went to big o to have it fixed and it appeared to have had been plugged on the wall of the tire and couldn't be repaired. I would recommend just getting a new tire as we ended up having to anyway for $110 Could've saved the $80 for the trash they gave me. Maybe they do those who speak Spanish better. I wouldn't recommend this place EVER!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!

Google says they open at 7. Showed up at that time and they have a sign saying they actually open at 8. So dont wake up early. Went later in the afternoon to get used tired for a shiitbox i got on marketplace. The owner was helpful and showed me all the options. Price was decent so i got all 4 replaced. While they were switching tires he showed me my brakes and worn they were and what the problem could be. He wasnt pushy or anything. Just gave me the information i need to drive safe. In and out in 15 mins. Would come here again.

Had new front tires and an alignment done. Tires installed fine, even drove fine but the tech for the alignment was out and would be back in an hour l so I left and came back, but when it came to the alignment, they recommended new camber bolts. “Sure, to get things right”, another 220 paid, I thought. The alignment and front camber bolts replaced took THREE hours. Was happy it was done, but I started driving, and my Nissan Leaf started wobbling slightly at higher speeds. This was done last week, and now here I am, sitting at the Pep Boys on 3500 S, where they state that all Victors Tires did was straighten the wheel and not an alignment. Fighting the 140 paid to Victors for the alignment and paid Pep Boys to do it right. Don’t go here friends, you can get services cheaper and done in a more professional manner elsewhere.

Yesterday I got my tire changed at this shop. After a few miles, the low air warning was still on. I went back, but the owner said it would be fine. Later that night, the tire started leaking and blew out. When they replaced it again, my tire pressure sensor was damaged. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this place.

I’ve used Victor Tires for over 10 years, but in the past few years, their customer service and quality of work have gone downhill. The last time I took my vehicle in to have two tires replaced, they damaged the lug nut threads by over-drilling them. They forced the tire on and ended up causing damage, which required me to go elsewhere to have it properly replaced. Unfortunately, I am never using VT again.

When Victor started, over 20 years ago, there wasn’t this type of work for Hispanics. Americans did almost all tire shops, mechanics, and car sales. Victor’s Tires grew by serving the Hispanic population of Utah, and the thing that made it work was the attention to detail, care of every customer, and giving the best price for the best work.
Victor came to the US because of his joy in traveling and discovering new things. Victor has always set daily goals and worked to achieve them.
Victor’s Tires started because Victor was trying to take care of people. He didn’t see it as a business at first, just a way to help others. A lot of people were asking him for favors and had questions about tires. He started only by separating bad tires from the good used ones.
Eventually, people started asking for specific tire sizes and asking if they could buy them. At first, he would find good used tires and give them away. Helping others find tires started with just one or two requests a week. When he started getting asked for tires 5-6 times a week, he realized that this could be a business.
