Service and parts department bait and switched me on parts and labor to the tune of over 500 dollars. Edit: after talking to Rhett the service manager and explaining what happened between myself, my wife and his staff over the weekend he verified the flyer hanging in the showroom and stood behind the price that was advertised. I can appreciate the fact that he acknowledged there was a failing in his team and took steps to correct it. He is the only reason I will be back

My wife and I recently had an excellent experience at Lithia Ford in Boise. We were looking for a used Honda CR-V and Lithia Ford just happened to have one on their lot. We called ahead and Salesman Dave Balbas was there to greet us. Dave was very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. He advocated to get us a good trade in value for the car we were trading in. Then he got us a lower price than the advertised price for the CR-V we were purchasing. The finance manager Brian Sucher was also very easy to work with. Our entire experience was a good one. We never felt pressure to buy a car, and we thought the entire process was fair. We feel we got a good deal, and this is probably the quickest it has ever taken me to purchase a car on a dealer lot (and I've bought a lot of cars in my day). From the time we arrived at Lithia Ford until we drove off with our new pre-0wned CR-V, it took less than 3 hours. Thank you Dave and Brian for making our car buying experience such a great one! I would recommend Lithia Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

The fastest oil change we’ve ever had in our life. We may have timed it just perfectly, but we just drove up and went right into the stall. They checked us in and said it would be about 45 minutes. My wife plays the guitar. They had a guitar on a stand in the waiting room with coffee. She entertained people singing while I looked at trucks with a nice sales person from Honduras. I bought my truck there in 2004 and I would buy another one there. The truck has 220,000 miles no issues.

I had a great experience buying a used vehicle last Friday. I went through internet sales and my salesperson was Kim Lay. I was able to set u a time via email to test drive and then afterwards was able to purchase. I specifically didn't desire any dealer add-owns, and Kim was able to pass this on to the finance manager. Great vehicle and I would recommend Kim for any purchases.
