I called there this morning to see if they could look at one of the tires on my vehicle. My Driver Information thingy was indicating it was low. They said they would but that it was on a first come-first served basis. (This after I had contacted my usual tire place yesterday and was told I could not get in for 6 days). I went in and they quickly proceeded to check out my "problem". After they did, the desk man said that the pressure was fine and that my Driver Information thing was giving me false info and he explained to me how that could happen. When I went to pay; he said there was no charge. I left a tip for the guys that did the work and left a happy camper. That deserves five stars in my book.

Extremely Disappointed – Rude and Unprofessional Service After 30 years of doing business with Cape & Islands, I’m officially done. I went in simply trying to get a patch for a nail hole in the tire of my 2016 Mustang. Instead of helpful service, I was met with arrogance and attitude. The guy at the counter dismissed me because the nail was “too close to the edge.” Fine, that’s his call—but when I politely asked if he could print an estimate so I could talk things over with my girlfriend, he flat-out refused. “No, we don’t print estimates,” he said. Then added, “I’m too busy,” despite the shop being completely empty—likely due to a construction detour nearby. To top it off, he told me to “just go to Town Fair Tire” instead. Don’t worry, I will. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers—or anyone, for that matter. Cape & Islands has lost my business for good!

This is our second time using Cape Tire Service in Hyannis. We had 4 new tires put on our vehicle. My appt. was made quickly and conveniently when I called. Everyone up front was very kind, nice, and professional when answering my questions. They took my car back at the time I scheduled and I was in and out within an hour. We will definitely be back for future tire purchases.

Needed four new tires - dropped in with no appointment because I’d had a puncture, and they were able to do the work right away and within my budget, giving me a variety of different options. No sales pitch. Friendly, prompt service, I’d definitely recommend.

I have always loved this tire shop. Been going there for years. There is an older gentleman who was consistently at the desk through the years that I liked a lot. Today I went in after my front tire was losing air all weekend. It was just after 4. Website says 4:30. I was turned away and told “probably” not enough time and had no choice but to go to town fair tire. The giuy was riude and not the same guy I’ve always seen. It was enough that I’ll never step foot in there again unfortunately.
