I just had my car in to look at a suspension issue and was very happy with my experience with Rayteam. Service was very quick and they were finished with the car in under a week, friendly staff, and good communication. They seem to know what they are doing and definitely would recommend going there if you have a Land Rover instead of the dealer. My best experience with a car service center so far and while the prices are not cheap, I think it’s worth it for the services they provide. I also would recommend doing an oil and filter change with them as they are pretty reasonable with that.

I’ve always had my car serviced at Mercedes, but this year I decided to cut costs and look for a workshop in my area with experience servicing Mercedes vehicles. This shop was the first one recommended by ChatGPT, so I decided to give them a call. From the very first contact, the person who answered was extremely polite and attentive. I arrived in the morning feeling a bit apprehensive, since I had never taken my car anywhere other than the dealership. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are unbelievable, and the quality of service is outstanding. When I left, I immediately called my sisters to recommend them. My car feels like it just came straight from the dealership—smooth, well-maintained, and perfectly taken care of. They are truly wonderful, and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for all excellent attention and service.

All the superlatives in these reviews are accurate. Someone said if he could give them 10 stars, he would - that is how I feel. I purchased an older Mercedes wagon that needed some work across the board - engine, wipers, radio, cabin lights, etc. Alex and Frank were incredible in how quickly and professionally they dealt with everything. Frank has a world of knowledge in his head about the older vehicles and is clearly passionate about his work. I can honestly say I was happy to spend several thousand dollars here because every penny was fair and worth it. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
