I own an independent auto shop and we started as an import shop but work on ALL makes and models. I have used On-Site tire several times on a few higher end imports. They have done an excellent job for us and we recommend anyone with a honda civic or a Ferrari that needs tyres no matter the car they will do a great job at a fair price.

This whole tire thing so very new to me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Customer service was outstanding. Chris was very informative and friendly. Jarod, is in a class of his own. Efficient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Both he and Chris were easy and effortlessly made me feel at home. They were patient. Just to let you know, I’m an elder and live on my own , so it means a lot to have your staff be friendly and listen to me. Can’t express enough what a pleasure it was !!! My left rear Michelin 305/30/19 sustained a 1/4 in. puncture which I took to a locally prominent brand name tire center, to which I was told they couldn't/wouldn't repair...the hole was too large! Then I called Chris at On-Site Tire and explained my situation. He found me in his computer as I had purchased 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S' from him, albeit 6 years ago. (My 997 Carrera S doesn't get much use). After Chris provided me with a quote for two new tires, (can't replace one without replacing the other one as well, right?) he 'worked' me into his day schedule, much to my surprise and dispatched Jared, to my location, yesterday afternoon. Upon Jared's arrival, he took one look at the puncture and emphatically stated "this tire can be repaired....I can easily fix this.....no need to purchase two new tires." Well, can you imagine my delight in hearing this....saving roughly $1,000.00? Jared, re-assured me he could repair the tire at set about the task...professionally and expeditiously. He didn't have to say that! How many times have you been taken advantage of? I personally recommend On-Site Tires, Chris and especially Jared, for your performance tire needs. They are a professional, competent, truthful and customer oriented company. I will call Chris, The Tire Guy, in the future for all of my tire needs.

I had them replace 4 tires on my 5th wheel trailer at my home. The installer, Jared arrived early after calling to let us know he was on the way. He completed the job in a reasonable time and everything was done correctly. He also replaced my spare tire with one he had taken off.
