Nice polite service… new 12V battery seems good. Initially we were told that an EV technician would be able to do a full diagnostic but when we came in for our 1 PM appointment it turned out both of your techs had left at noon.

I was on a road trip from MA to Saranac Lake when I heard my timing belt and suspected a coolant leak. Called them last minute on a Friday and they squeezed me in and turns out there was no leak. They gave me peace of mind thankfully. Excellent service I would definitely be a full time customer if I lived in the area.

County Tire has been great to deal with. The staff is friendly and they seem to understand how no one wants to be at the mechanic, it's usually expensive and somewhere you don't want to be spending your time. I think they really try to make it as easy as possible to get the required work done. The waiting room is warm, comfortable, with places to work and things to read. They recently fit me in on a busy Monday to get a new battery, and got it done sooner than promised. I sure appreciated that.
