Went in for a simple quote and to see if they could look at my tires sidewall, the guy at the counter couldn't even enter in my tire size right after I told him 3 times then proceeded to take a phone call, when I asked if someone could look or if I need a appointment bro just straight up didn't answer?! 🤣 Sweeettt biz move!

I ordered a new set of tires for my pickup from this business while on a cross country trip. I ordered the set of 4 tires on a Friday for installation the following Wednesday. I was assured that the tires would be ready for installation on the desired day. We modified our plans and traveled to Middlebury and spent the night in town on Tuesday so we could drop the truck off first thing on Wednesday morning and then continue our trip. When I arrived early for my appointment, I was shocked and disappointed to learn that the tires had NOT even been ordered! No explanation was provided. We believed the 4.9 star review and that’s why we trusted this business with our time and money. I know stuff happens, but it sucks when it happens to you. We just wanted to share our disappointing experience with this business.

I had a tire blow out over the weekend and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning to take a look. They didn't try to upsell me, which I (and my budget) greatly appreciated it. They ordered the new tire and installed it the next day, which made a stressful situation much less so. Great customer service too!

Wow!!! This is the place to go to when you need tires or brakes. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. We were leaving the next day on vacation and they were able to get us in and get us all set. We had no problems with our car. I will continue to take my vehicle here and we thank you for your professionalism and all the time you guys spent helping us get our vehicle on the road and in excellent condition.

I was on a road trip from MA to Saranac Lake when I heard my timing belt and suspected a coolant leak. Called them last minute on a Friday and they squeezed me in and turns out there was no leak. They gave me peace of mind thankfully. Excellent service I would definitely be a full time customer if I lived in the area.
