I've been to Roland's a few times over the years and always been impressed. The other day I went to get a tire fixed/replaced and asked about an entirely different issue on the back door hinges of my RAV. The mechanic went above and beyond to fix the problem on the spot without having to make another appointment and being charged an hour of labor for a fifteen minute fix. Everyone I dealt with that day was friendly and considerate. They put the extra effort in without taking advantage of their customers. These guys are the best! Conveniently located right off the highway and great customer service :)

In and out in 45 min. Showed up with a screw in one of my rears. I waited in a comfortable room to the side while my car waited its turn. Quickly done for a fair price, and I was on my way. Very satisfied.

How can you let a young girl leave your shop with two missing lug nuts on her vehicle? Doesn't matter if it came in like that. No way in hell would you take wheels off, put new tires on them, and then put the wheels back on knowing that there are two lug nuts missing and send a customer on their way, especially a young girl. My sister came home complaining that her car was shaking now that she has new tires. I inspected them and found that all the lug nuts were tight but two of them were missing. The rest were way over torqued, seemed to be about 200 to 230ft-lbs on the few that I tested according to my torque wrench before they started to turn more. Factory spec is 80ft-lbs. Lo and behold, with all five lug nuts installed, no more vibration at high speeds. That is the most basic thing that you learn when you first start working on cars - how to torque lug nuts. For a place that specializes in tires, they should know that. I can't say I recommend this place. Also, for whatever it's worth, I had an alignment done here about a year ago (mid-2024) and ended up with an off-center steering wheel. I went right back and told them my steering wheel was off-center and they told me that they'd need to charge me for another alignment to fix it. It wasn't crooked when I went in - I had replaced my own tie rod ends and wanted an alignment done to make sure they were straight. Wasn't about to pay for two alignments when they were the ones that messed it up.

Chase , younger lookin guy that works here. Outstanding job. Quick, efficient, polite, I could go on. All I want to say is that he is somebody to ask for if you want to know anything about what's going on under your hood. The kid is "leave a comment" good on Google website reviews. Went here for 4 new tires on my Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and they damaged/scratched all 4 of my rims. Thankfully I took before photos of each rim in the parking lot before going in for service because they are nice black stock Honda rims. When I noticed the damage to all 4 rims I went back inside to speak to the store manager Bill who came outside to take photos and see the damage. He stated that he didn’t really understand how it happened because “the machine doesn’t even touch the rim” but agreed to have them repaired and I would need to drop my car off for two days to which I agreed even though it was a inconvenience for me because of work and trying to get rides back and forth from RI to MA. When we went back inside he looked at the paperwork from my tire service and said “it was my new guy that worked on your car” and apologized. I told him I would drop my car off in the evening two Tuesdays from the date in order for them to have my car first thing in the morning on Wednesday so the rim guy could pick up the rims. I lost out on 3 1/2 hours of pay on Tuesday in order to bring my car back to them just for him to call me early Wednesday afternoon stating that my rims had been re-painted previously and that’s why they got damaged during service and if I wanted to proceed to having them fixed that I would have to pay 1/2 of the total amount and he would pay the other 1/2. I declined the offer because I’ll be damned if I’m going pay for the damage that they caused. I purchased my car a year ago from a certified Honda Dealership and have never personally painted the rims myself. The least they could have done was notify me at the time of service that it looks like they may have been repainted before and the risks of them being damaged during service since they are tire and rim “specialists”, but instead they proceeded and didn’t stop after the first rim got damaged but continued on to damage them all without ever saying a single thing about it to me. Highly unprofessional, and would not recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the new tire and scratched rim special Roland’s!
