Had Mike do a clutch change on my Jetta. I love the way it drives now. Unfortunately while doing the work a coolant line was cracked and led to me getting stranded 15 miles after leaving. Mike was willing to fix it free of charge but never acknowledged any responsibility or mentioned the inconvenience of me having to get a hotel room and stay an extra day. Overall pretty positive experience 4/5 stars.

I brought my vehicle in for engine mount replacement, emergency brake repair, and a rear shock issue that had been driving me insane with constant clunking during travel. The turnaround time was outstanding! I dropped it off Thursday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon. Everything was addressed thoroughly and correctly, with a noticeable improvement in how the car drives, feels, and sounds. No more clunking! I really appreciate the quality of work and clear communication throughout. I’ll absolutely be returning here for future service and have no hesitation recommending Mike and 413 Auto Repair to others. Thanks again, Mike!

Towed my van over to this shop and I told them in the beginning that I needed rear differential work.... And the guy said bring it on over... Like he didn't think I knew what I was talking about...!!! Then when he checked out my van the shop owner told me that my van needed to be towed home and sell it for parts...!?!?!?!? Also told me that they don't do rear differential work and they had no recommendations in the area except for the guy that closed. 😡 Thanks I didn't really need an updated status of who closed. Very uneducated and fearful workers. (((((Also United transmission a mile down the road does rear differential work. And does an amazing job. ))))) Wasted my time, tried to scare me out of driving my van, and didn't reassure me that it was fixable. I would definitely not recommend the shop.

Good prices and reliable service. Strangely enough they would not weld on a new flex pipe in my exhaust because it was too rusted...quoted $550 to replace. Mineky did it no problem in an hour for less than half! Again.. strange!
