I’ve been coming here for a while. They are absolutely great, very knowledgeable, fast, and offer really good prices! They have a nice little sitting area to wait in, hot coffee, tv, vending machine, and free Wi-Fi. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere and I appreciate they’re great customer service!

I took my car in for a tire change over. 2 days later I'm putting air in all tires. Another 2 days and the tires need air again. I got an appointment that day to troubleshoot. 2 HRS past my appointment time, the mgr, after checking on status, tells me its due to a 60° day followed by cold days. I told him never happened before! The "tech" put 5psi extra in each tire. Like that's gonna resolve the issue! Pissed me off! I won't go back. The "tech" didn't even remove the tires to check for proper tire/rim sealant. WTH The cost to change over tires ... $120.

I’ve taken my Cadillac here multiple times for repairs. Alignments, balancing, exhaust leaks, vacuum leak. Without fail they were willing to work with me and deliver my car on time in good condition Highly recommend

My husband, 2 dogs and I were recently traveling through Greenfield to a family camping trip. We experienced a tire issue, and were advised by a local RV repair business to call Lodge tire. They were so accommodating and told us to come right in. Everyone was great and super helpful, even stopping traffic to get us back out on the road. Although it’s not the closest, we will likely be contacting Lodge Tire in the near future for tires on our truck. Thanks again!!!

This place gone down hill. I have gone here for years up till the past 2. Their pricing is ok but, on the high side now. Customer service is far from happy. The place seems gloomy and unkept. The place is always dirty both inside and out. This was once a clean and happy place as far as I saw it as a customer. I can say over my last few visits. I have seen a complete turn over of the staff out in the shop working. I have chosen to go to a tire shop that treats their customers with a happy greeting and is cheerful. One that is a clean and safe environment where you can tell the staff respects the place they work in. I had to remove my once 5 star review left just a few years ago. Its just not the same as when John Ran the place.
