This place is a complete scam. They will sell you a tire then charge you to ensure that it holds air. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. My family will never go to another Victors Tires. In a complete pinch/emergency, throw a donut on or get a tow, but don’t go to Victors Tires. Personally, I wouldn’t pull into another Victors Tires if my truck was on fire and they had a water hose handy. The long story: Less than 2 weeks ago, I had a flat on a Sunday and Victors Tires in West Valley was the only place open that could help me out. I was told there was nothing wrong with my tire, then when I showed them, I was told my flat tire was non-repairable. So, I purchased a used tire (that’s all they had), I was instructed that the tire came with no warranty. It’s been approximately 11 days and I’ve had to air up that tire twice, today will be a 3rd time. It has a slow but noticeable 2-3lb leak everyday. I knew I had to call, but I wasn’t thrilled with anything about the West Valley location. I had heard good things about the West Jordan location. So I called the West Jordan store. I explained my situation and the man on the phone said “we will charge you”. When asked he said, “it was used and doesn’t have a warranty, not my problem”. I told him that it’s been leaking since I got it. Again, he said “not my problem”. I said, “but you guys installed a faulty tire”. He replied “I didn’t install it, and it doesn’t have a warranty”. I clarified that I meant “you” as in Victors Tires. However, I knew that he was not going to budge on this so I left it at that, thanked him for his time and hung up. Now, I understand “no warranty” to mean, if I blow it out or get a nail, it’s not covered. HOWEVER, that comes with the reasonable expectation that the tire will hold air once installed. It has not. Therefore should/does not fall under the same “no warranty” policy. Save yourself. Go LITERALLY anywhere else!

Was told to have them patch up our tires to get us on a Sunday. The staff and the service was amazing. While we waited we had the best tamales we have ate. Beyond pleased with this place

Got a flat tire repaired on a Sunday after a trip to the Grantsville BLM shooting/camping area. The patch cost a whopping $30.03—a bit expensive, but I needed it and will give them a good rating. Otherwise, they're a good tire shop.

When Victor started, over 20 years ago, there wasn’t this type of work for Hispanics. Americans did almost all tire shops, mechanics, and car sales. Victor’s Tires grew by serving the Hispanic population of Utah, and the thing that made it work was the attention to detail, care of every customer, and giving the best price for the best work.
Victor came to the US because of his joy in traveling and discovering new things. Victor has always set daily goals and worked to achieve them.
Victor’s Tires started because Victor was trying to take care of people. He didn’t see it as a business at first, just a way to help others. A lot of people were asking him for favors and had questions about tires. He started only by separating bad tires from the good used ones.
Eventually, people started asking for specific tire sizes and asking if they could buy them. At first, he would find good used tires and give them away. Helping others find tires started with just one or two requests a week. When he started getting asked for tires 5-6 times a week, he realized that this could be a business.
