Amazing experience and my jeep looks great. Dropped it off for new wheels and tires, and it came out looking absolutely amazing. Fair pricing and quick turn around time. Wheels were ordered by Bellrengs and arrived quickly in perfect condition. The install was flawless and my truck runs better than it did when I dropped it off. 10/10 recommend. I needed tires for my ‘24 Chevy 3500 High Country and with Bellreng’s recommendation, I went with a set of Nokian Outpost nAT tires. Nokian Tyres are made for weather like we are experiencing today. The grip is AMAZING! Thank you Don and crew!

Horrible place and experience. My appointment was at 2 pm I was there at 1:45pm. My car was brought in for a NYS inspection with a heads up to the mechanics of a purge canister valve replacement and that's why my check engine light was on. They told me they couldn't take my word for it and had to do their own diagnostic check at $185.00, that's a huge price for letting a computer telling you what's wrong without any real labor. One hour later 3pm my car still wasn't inside the garage. Finally at 4pm no inspection sticker, couldn't fix the simple valve canister that I have now bought myself for $35.00 the exact problem I told them about. It's a very simpler procedure and they wanted to charge me another $275.00 on top of the $185.00. I had to pay for them to tell me what the problem was when I told them 1st. Never again with this place. That was highway robbery and I might bring you to court for making me wait 1 full hour past my appointment time to do absolutely nothing at all for me besides charging me a fortune of what I told you about in the 1st place. You charge an arm and a leg for simple tasks. Take your car to a mechanic that will be honest and help and work with you. These people don't. I was recommended to come back here because someone said they were fair. They aren't. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

The Tire team was great. I got tires for my one car. I brung my other truck in to get rims and replacement tire tires for it, the man from the sales team reached out to me and said “hey why don’t you allow us to help with you on a brand new car”opposed to getting this one fixed because my truck had some front end damage from a very minor accident that wasn’t too bad I explained to the man that I work from 6 AM until 10 PM six days a week my only day off of work is usually Sunday or Saturday after 7 PM. He told me I could fill out the credit application online and when they got the vehicle that I wanted, I could come and test driving we could finalize everything. And even after three months, they still didn’t have the specific car that I said I wanted and I told him I’ll come in when you have the car that I want because there’s no sense of me coming in a test drive a car that I’m not going to buy. well after five months that never came countless text messages and phone calls. I missed an appointment because I had a death in my family and I couldn’t make it to them, but I explained to the sales person That the best way for me to handle this was to get all the paperwork and stuff done online so that when it is time for me to come and look at the car, I can go on break to simply test drive it make a deposit and because I work in healthcare, I only had a limited amount of time during the day, which we could do this well long story short they ended up keeping my truck with my deceased mother’s pictures and some of my children’s belongings in it after weeks of me, trying to get a hold of someone and I would being told that the owner would call me communication went dead It took a while for me to even want to write this review because I really wanted to let it go, but there was stuff in that truck that I could no longer get back and no one has ever reached out to me since they told me that I needed to come pick my truck up after they stored it For a snowstorm that never happened and told me I owe them $4000 for storage what start off as a great experience turn to extremely bad one I wish things could’ve continued on the upward path with us
