This service center is reliable and has skilled workers of consistent quality. Other tire stores can't even seem to accomplish proper tire pressure! But, unfortunately, the front desk service is abrupt and unsmiling. I was made to feel like a nuisance on a tire repair on the tires I bought from them. Any kind of smile or greeting would make a difference. I may avoid WT& A just because of the unfriendly desk service.

My parents and siblings have been going here for years. My family and I just moved to the area from the other side of the country. Came in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and fluids check. Took an hour and 40 minutes to complete the whole thing. Multiple people came in after me and left before me. And when I finally went up to check out, and asked a simple question about what kind of oil, I got a smarta$$ response. Price was fair. If you have 1.5-2 hours to kill and love interacting with smarta$$es, this is the place for you.

Kurt provides the worst customer service and I’m done. My car AC was blowing hot air so I decided to leave my car while away on Vacation I dropped it off on the 7/13 with Jay (who has always been very nice) explained that I might not have good phone reception while I’m away so I asked that they communicate with me via email. After 5 days, I noticed a voicemail message ( not email!) stating that they had found the problem and to call them back. I called back and spoke with Kurt who emailed me the next day and stated “Car is ready when you are. The air conditioning leak was repaired and the system charged just after you dropped it off. I just went out and started the car and it is blowing cold. Total bill is $285.87” I emailed him back and asked if it was ok that i pick it up upon my return on the 27th to which he replied and agreed. The morning of the 28th, I asked my sister to drop me off prior to her going to work at 7A (My mom is 85 years old and has 3 doctor appointments then I’m flying out of Bradley on the same day for work) As I approach the counter and give Kurt my name, he informs me right away that “my car is NOT ready, is still blowing hot air and they are planning on working on it today”! I couldn’t believe it and even asked if he was joking. After 2 weeks of having left my car turns out nothing was done. Very very disappointing. And after 5 years of going to this place, Never never again.

The owner if this place is the worst. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers very rude I dont even know how he's still in business. And the guy at the front desk is rude also. Never gonna step foot in that place again.
