I have had major repairs on my 2007 Mercedes e350 over the last 3 years, and I have only had the best experience dealing with everyone at berkshire performance. always a prompt call explaining the issues they've found, or the cause of the problem the car is having that brought it in. Then an emailed quote with clear description of repair and price breakdown. I love nothing more than clear communication, and a quick repair which has always been my experience

Great experience. Had running boards installed on my truck. Some bolts were snapping off, so they drilled and tapped those holes that needed them. Advised me the right grade 8 bolts to get instead of the supplied hardware (with the running board kit). Also had undercoating service done. Reasonable prices given the time consuming work done. Very fair.

I drive an f82 m4, the car is very complex, and very expensive. That being said, a mechanic with the knowledge, passion, and drive to work on vehicles like these is insanely hard to come by. I set out a few weeks ago, with some weird behavior in my transmission, to find a new mechanic and Berkshire Performance kept popping up all over. I decided to give them a try and messaged the Facebook, that day i had a reply with a basic guideline of diagnosis, and made an appointment that week. John got me in, his diagnosis was correct and within a few days my car was back on the road, shifting better than it had ever before. The amount of knowledge, the explanations given, the customer service, and the straightforward price along with the turnaround time absolutely blew me away. I own another BMW, and will be making another appointment as soon as i possibly can, because i will never let another mechanic touch my vehicles from this point forward!!! Here's to each and every one of the guys down at Berkshire performance, and the endless passion and knowledge they show!! Thanks to each and every one of you!!
