Always good service but I don't like the hidden fee “shop supplies”. $9.18 for an oil change? Specifically what is this for? This is a deceptive way to charge more.

The manager ( think her name is Casey) deserves a nice raise! She’s knowledgeable, patient, kind and takes the time to go over everything that is happening with your car. She will show you the dirty air filters, pictures of the dry rot on your tires. You never have to wonder if it’s an up sale for stuff you really don’t need. As a female who’s been taken advantage of when buying cars, having them worked on this really is a peace of mind. I give her 5 stars!! She’s a keeper!! 😎
