I drove directly to Elms Service because I had a crunchy type of sound coming from the front passenger side of the car. I asked if they would check it out and I had a brake issue. Tony immediately got the part and had it installed. I didn’t have an appointment but they were concerned about my safety. I so appreciate the crew at Elms Service. I have been with them for over 20 years and they are committed to doing quality work. I still recommend them when someone is looking for good car mechanics. It’s not just a “job” to them. They want you to be happy with their services always. 💯😊

Adam and Tony took amazing care of my Tuscon. I called right before Christmas and they were able to get it in, diagnosed, and repaired within a week, and that’s with them having to order parts for it. They were respectful and don’t try to up charge or sell you things you don’t need. Straight forward business with fair prices. Will definitely be doing all my service with them from now on.
