I had an oil change done at this tire shop, and within one hour of leaving, my engine completely failed. I had the vehicle towed for a professional diagnostic, which specifically determined that the engine failure was caused by oil loss related to the oil change service. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the issue with the owner, but instead of taking responsibility or working toward a solution, I have been given a hard time. As a result, I am now without a vehicle and facing major repair costs. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

The best staff always willing to help. Gilbert and his crew are awesome. I have bought tires for my truck and car from here and never had a problem. I know that if there's ever a problem I can go back and Gilbert would take care of it no questions asked.

I decided to check this place out, well big mistake. #1 new tires looked used, used tire in better condition than the new ones. Here's the problem, wheel cover on my car are plastic, guy forcing them off with a screw driver and cracked the wheel cover. Of cause now they proceeded to give me a hard time, it's cold, your other cover is cracked. Etc. I said okay the other wheel cover has nothing to do with you or your location. Next step Gilbert and his workers accused me of trying to get four wheel covers out of them. 😂 What a damn joke. I contact police, now he chang his tone. Bottom line if you need tires, ride pass this place. No customer service skills. individuals with that type of attitude will lose customers. No professionalism, mannerism, all customer service skills. Wow!! It's amazing how this guy Gilbert advised me and the police officers that he was not the owner. Someone else encountered a problem while this establishment, be hold Gilbert response to their review he (Gilbert) document his response as owner. Wow!! Amazing. The reason why police was called to this establishment,because Gilbert and his workers, accused me of trying to scam them out of four wheel covers. Gilbert first response to me was, his guy cracked my wheel cover was not his responsibility, and he was not going to replace anything. While Mr. Gilbert your first response regarding the above issue, is called defamation of character. Other words you made false statements about someone that's not true. Thank God I had someone on the phone listening to the entire conversation, plus customer standing there witness advised me Gilbert the owner, that his guy cracked my wheel cover. Mr. Gilbert and helper in return went to another customer and advised him also, that I was attempting to scam his establishment out of four wheel covers, instead of one. Again defamation of character Sir. Check out the review written by mazi gospel. Mr Gilbert responded to this person review as Owner. So he lied to me, and the police officers. SHAME on YOU !!!!

I had a good experience here. The staff speak English and Spanish. They were very friendly and helped me exactly with what i came in there for. They also did mention I needed to add more windshield wiper fluid and charged me 3$ for it and gave me whatever was left. Thanks for you help today
